Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 s 121

s 121 Power of Minister to make additional transitional provisions

(1) The Minister may prescribe additional provisions as he considers necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing any difficulties occasioned by the application of this Act on private hospitals, maternity homes and nursing homes, which have been approved, established or licensed under the Private Hospitals Act 1971. (2) The power of the Minister under subsection (1) shall include the power to make such modifications so as to give effect to the provisions of this Act.
