Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 s 32
(1) A person in charge of a licensed or registered private healthcare facility or service shall hold such qualification, have undergone such training and possess such experience as may be prescribed. (2) A person in charge shall carry out such duties and responsibilities as may be prescribed.
