s 74 Quality of healthcare facilities and services
(1) Every private healthcare facility or service shall have programmes and activities to ensure the quality and appropriateness of healthcare facilities and services provided.
(2) Information regarding such programmes and activities shall be furnished to the Director General as and when required by him.
