s 15 Preservation of rights
(1) A person who is precluded from making a claim against the Corporation or is precluded from raising a defence against the Corporation under section 14, shall be entitled to seek compensation against the seller in respect of such claim.
(2) Where the Court is satisfied that the person referred to in subsection (1) has a claim against the seller including any prior equitable interest in the asset which that person could have raised or claimed but is precluded by section 14, that person shall be entitled to such compensation from the seller in respect of such claim as the Court considers fair and reasonable.

Pemeliharaan hak
(1) Mana-mana orang yang dihalang daripada membuat suatu tuntutan terhadap Perbadanan atau dihalang daripada membangkitkan suatu pembelaan terhadap Perbadanan di bawah seksyen 14, hendaklah berhak meminta pampasan daripada penjual berkenaan dengan tuntutan itu.
(2) Jika Mahkamah berpuas hati bahawa orang yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) mempunyai tuntutan terhadap penjual termasuk mana-mana kepentingan ekuiti terdahulu mengenai aset itu yang mungkin dapat dibangkitkan atau dituntut oleh orang itu tetapi dihalang oleh seksyen 14, orang itu hendaklah berhak mendapat pampasan daripada penjual berkenaan dengan tuntutan itu yang pada pendapat Mahkamah adalah adil dan munasabah.
