s 26 Appointment of Independent Advisor

(1) Where a Special Administrator is or is to be appointed under section 23 or 24, the Oversight Committee on the recommendation of the Corporation may approve the appointment of an Independent Advisor. (2) The Corporation may, with the approval of the Oversight Committee, appoint the Independent Advisor.

Pelantikan Penasihat Bebas

(1) Jika seorang Pentadbir Khas adalah atau akan dilantik di bawah seksyen 23 atau 24, Jawatankuasa Selia atas syor Perbadanan boleh meluluskan pelantikan Penasihat Bebas. (2) Perbadanan boleh, dengan kelulusan Jawatankuasa Selia, melantik Penasihat Bebas.
