Jika dua orang atau lebih dilantik sebagai Pentadbir Khas orang terjejas— (a) fungsi atau kuasa Pentadbir Khas boleh dilaksanakan atau dijalankan oleh mana-mana satu daripada mereka atau kedua-duanya atau kesemua mereka secara bersesama; (b) sebutan tentang Pentadbir Khas dalam Akta ini adalah sebutan tentang mana-mana satu daripada mereka yang dilantik, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
