Apa-apa pembayaran yang dibuat, urus niaga yang dibuat, atau apa-apa tindakan atau benda lain yang dilakukan dengan suci hati oleh, atau dengan kebenaran Pentadbir Khas, adalah sah dan mempunyai kuat kuasa bagi maksud Akta ini dan tidak batal atau boleh batal atau dianggap sebagai suatu keutamaan tidak wajar semasa penggulungan orang terjejas.
