Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, walaupun Menteri Kewangan memegang lima puluh peratus atau kurang modal syer terbitan Perbadanan, apa-apa jaminan yang diberikan oleh Kerajaan menurut Bahagian IV hendaklah terus kekal dan berkuat kuasa sepenuhnya dan sah mengikut termanya dan Bahagian IV hendaklah terus terpakai.
