s 229 Commission to regulate matters on access to post, etc.
(1) The Commission may regulate the rates, terms and conditions for access to any post, network facilities or right-ofway and provide that such rates, terms and conditions are just and reasonable and may adopt procedures necessary and appropriate to hear and resolve disputes in accordance with Chapter 7 of Part V. (2) Nothing in this section shall be construed to apply to, or to give the Commission jurisdiction with respect to access to any posts, network facilities or right-of-way where such matters are regulated by a State Authority, local authority or other authority.
