Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 s 246

s 246 Power to investigate

(1) The Commission may investigate the activities of a licensee or other person material to his compliance with this Act or its subsidiary legislation. (2) In any case relating to the commission of an offence under this Act or its subsidiary legislation, any authorized officer carrying out an investigation may exercise all or any of the special powers in relation to police investigation in seizable cases given by the Criminal Procedure Code.
