s 273 Repeal
(1) The Telecommunications Act 1950 [Act 20] and the Broadcasting Act 1988 [Act 338] are repealed (“the repealed Acts”). (2) Any subsidiary legislation made under the repealed Acts shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with this Act, remain in operation until revoked or replaced by subsidiary legislation made under this Act, and shall be deemed for all purposes to have been made under this Act. (3) The Minister may, whenever it appears to him necessary or expedient so to do whether for the purpose of removing difficulties or in consequence of the passing of this Act, by order to be published in the Gazette, make such modifications to any subsidiary legislation as he deems fit.
