Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 s 76

s 76 Proof of compliance

(1) A person shall, if at any time called upon in writing by the Commission to do so, produce to the Commission all such evidence and provide all such information as the person may have relating to his compliance with any of the provisions of this Act or its subsidiary legislation, as the Commission may generally, or in relation to any particular case, require. (2) Subsection (1) shall not affect any other power conferred on the Commission under this Act.
