Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission Act 1998 s 12

s 12 Revocation of appointment and resignation

(1) The Minister may at any time revoke the appointment of any member of the Commission without assigning any reason therefor. (2) A member of the Commission may, at any time, resign from his appointment by giving a notice in writing to the Minister.
