s 49 Appointment and power of investigating officers
(1) The Commission may appoint such number of investigating officers as it considers necessary to exercise the powers under the communications and multimedia laws.
(2) An investigating officer shall have all the powers necessary to carry out an inspection, and investigation of any offence, under the communications and multimedia laws.
