Consumer Protection Act 1999 s 124

s 124 Authority cards

An Assistant Controller when acting under this Act shall on demand declare his office and produce to the person against whom he is acting or from whom he seeks any information such authority card as the Controller may direct to be carried by such officer.

Kad kuasa

Seseorang Penolong Pengawal semasa bertindak di bawah Akta ini hendaklah apabila diminta menyatakan jawatannya dan mengemukakan kepada orang yang terhadapnya dia bertindak itu atau yang daripadanya dia meminta apa-apa maklumat apa-apa kad kuasa sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Pengawal supaya dibawa oleh pegawai itu.
