s 34 Implied guarantee that goods comply with description
(1) Where goods are supplied by description to a consumer, there shall be implied a guarantee that the goods correspond with description.
(2) A supply of goods is not prevented from being a supply by description by reason only that, being exposed for sale or hire, they are selected by a consumer.
(3) If the goods are supplied by reference to a sample or demonstration model as well as by description, the implied guarantees in this section and section 35 shall apply.

Gerenti tersirat bahawa barang mematuhi perihal
(1) Jika barang dibekalkan dengan menggunakan perihal kepada pengguna, maka hendaklah tersirat suatu gerenti bahawa barang itu bersamaan dengan perihal itu.
(2) Sesuatu pembekalan barang tidaklah terhalang daripada menjadi pembekalan dengan menggunakan perihal hanya oleh sebab, setelah didedahkan untuk jualan atau sewaan, pengguna memilihnya.
(3) Jika barang dibekalkan dengan merujuk kepada sampel atau model tunjuk cara serta juga dengan menggunakan perihal, gerenti tersirat dalam seksyen ini dan seksyen 35 hendaklah terpakai.
