Consumer Protection Act 1999 s 76

s 76 Vacation of office

The office of a member of the Council referred to in paragraph 74(1)(b) shall become vacant— (a) upon the death of the member; (b) upon the member resigning from such office by letter addressed to the Minister; or (c) upon the expiration of his term of office.

Pengosongan jawatan

Jawatan seseorang anggota Majlis yang disebut dalam perenggan 74(1)(b) hendaklah menjadi kosong— (a) apabila anggota itu mati; (b) apabila anggota itu meletakkan jawatan dengan surat yang ditujukan kepada Menteri; atau (c) apabila tamat tempoh jawatannya.
