s 79 Filling of vacancy
Where a member appointed under paragraph 74(1)(b) ceases to be a member of the Council, the Minister may appoint another person to fill the vacancy for the remainder of the term for which the vacating member was appointed.

Jika anggota yang dilantik di bawah perenggan 74(1)(b) terhenti menjadi anggota Majlis, Menteri boleh melantik seorang lain untuk mengisi kekosongan itu selama baki tempoh yang baginya anggota yang mengosongkan jawatan itu telah dilantik.
