s 87 Temporary exercise of functions of Chairman
Where the Chairman is for any reason unable to perform his functions or during any period of vacancy in the office of the Chairman, the Deputy Chairman shall perform the functions of the Chairman.

Jika kerana apa-apa sebab Pengerusi tidak dapat melaksanakan fungsi-fungsinya atau semasa apa-apa tempoh kekosongan jawatan Pengerusi, Timbalan Pengerusi hendaklah melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi Pengerusi.
