s 91 Filling of vacancy
Where a member ceases to be a member of the Tribunal, the Minister may appoint another person to fill the vacancy for the remainder of the term for which the vacating member was appointed.

Jika seseorang anggota terhenti menjadi anggota Tribunal, Menteri boleh melantik seorang lain untuk mengisi kekosongan itu selama baki tempoh yang baginya anggota yang mengosongkan jawatan itu telah dilantik.
