Consumer Protection Act 1999 s 93
(1) There shall be appointed a Secretary to the Tribunal and such number of officers as may be necessary for carrying out the functions of the Tribunal. (2) The Chairman shall have general control of the officers of the Tribunal. (3) For the purposes of this Act, the Secretary to the Tribunal shall be deemed to be an officer of the Tribunal.
Setiausaha Tribunal dan pegawai lain
(1) Seorang Setiausaha hendaklah dilantik kepada Tribunal dan apa-apa bilangan pegawai yang perlu bagi menjalankan fungsifungsi Tribunal. (2) Pengerusi hendaklah mempunyai kawalan am ke atas pegawaipegawai Tribunal. (3) Bagi maksud Akta ini, Setiausaha kepada Tribunal hendaklah disifatkan sebagai seorang pegawai Tribunal.
