s 96 Sittings of Tribunal
(1) The jurisdiction of the Tribunal shall be exercised by any of the following persons sitting alone:
(a) the Chairman of the Tribunal;
(b) the Deputy Chairman of the Tribunal; or
(c) any member of the Tribunal selected by the Chairman.
(2) The Tribunal may sit in two or more sittings on such day and at such time and place as the Chairman may determine.
(3) If the person presiding over any proceedings in respect of a claim dies or becomes incapacitated, or is for any other reason unable to complete the hearing or dispose of the proceedings, the proceedings shall be heard afresh by another member of the Tribunal, unless the parties agree that the proceedings be continued by another member of the Tribunal.
(4) Where the term of appointment of any member of the Tribunal under this section expires during the pendency of any proceedings in
respect of a claim, the term of his appointment shall be deemed to be extended until the final disposal of the claim.

Sidang Tribunal
(1) Bidang kuasa Tribunal hendaklah dijalankan oleh manamana orang yang berikut bersidang sendirian:
(a) Pengerusi Tribunal;
(b) Timbalan Pengerusi Tribunal; atau
(c) mana-mana anggota Tribunal yang dipilih oleh Pengerusi.
(2) Tribunal boleh bersidang dalam dua sidang atau lebih pada hari dan masa dan di tempat sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Pengerusi.
(3) Jika orang yang mempengerusikan apa-apa prosiding berkenaan dengan sesuatu tuntutan mati atau menjadi tidak upaya, atau atas apa-apa sebab lain tidak dapat menyelesaikan pendengaran itu atau membereskan prosiding itu, prosiding itu hendaklah didengar semula oleh seorang anggota lain Tribunal, melainkan jika pihak-pihak bersetuju prosiding itu diteruskan oleh seorang anggota lain Tribunal.
(4) Jika tempoh pelantikan mana-mana anggota Tribunal di bawah seksyen ini tamat semasa apa-apa prosiding belum selesai berkenaan dengan sesuatu tuntutan, tempoh pelantikannya hendaklah disifatkan telah dilanjutkan sehingga tuntutan itu dibereskan dengan muktamad.
