s 22 Delegation by Minister

(1) The Minister may delegate to any officer under his control, direction and supervision, by name or office, any of the functions and powers imposed or conferred on him under this Act except for the power to make regulations under section 24. (2) Any delegation under this section shall not prevent the Minister from himself exercising or performing such delegated function or power. (3) A delegation made under subsection (1) may— (a) be made subject to such conditions, limitations or restrictions as may be specified in the instrument of delegation; and (b) be revoked or varied.
