All powers, rights, privileges, duties, liabilities and obligations which immediately before the appointed date were those of the Tribunal shall, as from that date, devolve on the Government.
Perpindahan kuasa, hak, dsb.
Segala kuasa, hak, keistimewaan, kewajipan, liabiliti dan obligasi yang sebaik sebelum tarikh yang ditetapkan ialah kuasa, hak, keistimewaan, kewajipan, liabiliti dan obligasi Tribunal hendaklah, dari tarikh itu, turun kepada Kerajaan. Menghalang kesukaran atau anomali.
