s 22 Surcharge shall not bar disciplinary action
Any action taken against an officer under this Part shall not bar any disciplinary action from being instituted against him in accordance with the Regulations.

Apa-apa tindakan yang diambil terhadap seseorang pegawai di bawah Bahagian ini tidak boleh menghalang apa-apa tindakan tatatertib dimulakan terhadapnya mengikut Peraturan-Peraturan.
