Jika seseorang pegawai didapati bersalah atas suatu kesalahan tatatertib, mana-mana satu atau apa-apa gabungan dua atau lebih hukuman yang berikut, bergantung kepada keseriusan kesalahan itu, boleh dikenakan ke atas pegawai itu: (a) amaran; (b) denda; (c) lucut hak emolumen; (d) tangguh pergerakan gaji; (e) turun gaji; (f) turun pangkat; (g) buang kerja.
