Jika prosiding tatatertib telah dimulakan terhadap seseorang pegawai di luar Malaysia, pegawai itu hendaklah ditahan kerja mengikut peraturan 46, dan jika dia telah disabitkan, tindakan tatatertib hendaklah diambil di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan ini terhadapnya.
