Statutory Bodies (Discipline and Surcharge) Act 2000 s 7
An officer who has been found guilty of a disciplinary offence by a Disciplinary Committee may appeal against such decision to the appropriate Disciplinary Appeal Committee established in accordance with Part II of the Third Schedule and the Appendix to that Schedule and the provisions of that Part shall apply to, and be complied with by, every Disciplinary Appeal Committee so established.
Rayuan
Seseorang pegawai yang didapati bersalah atas sesuatu kesalahan tatatertib oleh suatu Jawatankuasa Tatatertib boleh merayu terhadap keputusan itu kepada Jawatankuasa Rayuan Tatatertib yang berkenaan yang ditubuhkan mengikut Bahagian II Jadual Ketiga dan Lampiran kepada Jadual itu dan peruntukan-peruntukan Bahagian itu hendaklah terpakai bagi, dan dipatuhi oleh, tiap-tiap Jawatankuasa Rayuan Tatatertib yang ditubuhkan itu.
