Optical Discs Act 2000 s 11
(1) A licensee may surrender his licence by forwarding it to the Controller with a written notice of its surrender. (2) The surrender shall take effect on the date the Controller receives the licence and the notice under subsection (1) or where a later date is specified in the notice, on that later date.
Penyerahan balik lesen
(1) Pemegang lesen boleh menyerahkan balik lesennya dengan mengemukakan lesen itu kepada Pengawal berserta dengan notis bertulis mengenai penyerahan balik lesen itu. (2) Penyerahan balik hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh Pengawal menerima lesen dan notis di bawah subseksyen (1) itu atau jika suatu tarikh kemudian daripada itu dinyatakan dalam notis itu, pada tarikh yang kemudian itu.
