Optical Discs Act 2000 s 16

s 16 Register

(1) The Controller shall establish and maintain a register in such form as may be prescribed of the licences granted under this Act. (2) The Controller shall make the register available for public inspection subject to such conditions as he thinks fit.

(1) Pengawal hendaklah mengadakan dan menyenggara suatu daftar dalam apa-apa bentuk sebagaimana yang ditetapkan bagi lesen yang diberikan di bawah Akta ini. (2) Pengawal hendaklah menjadikan daftar itu tersedia bagi pemeriksaan awam tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat yang difikirkannya patut.
