Optical Discs Act 2000 s 18
(1) Any person who is aggrieved by any decision of the Controller under this Part may appeal to the Minister in the prescribed manner within one month from the date the decision is communicated to such person. (2) The Minister may confirm, reverse or vary the decision of the Controller appealed against. (3) The decision of the Minister under subsection (2) shall be final.

(1) Mana-mana orang yang terkilan dengan apa-apa keputusan Pengawal di bawah Bahagian ini boleh merayu kepada Menteri mengikut cara yang ditetapkan dalam masa satu bulan dari tarikh keputusan itu disampaikan kepada orang itu. (2) Menteri boleh mengesahkan, mengakaskan atau mengubah keputusan Pengawal yang dirayukan. (3) Keputusan Menteri di bawah subseksyen (2) adalah muktamad.
