Optical Discs Act 2000 s 20
(1) The Minister may prescribe standards for the marking of the manufacturer’s code on optical discs. (2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the Minister may prescribe— (a) different standards in relation to different classes or descriptions of optical discs; or (b) standards relating to the manner in which, and the means by which, manufacturer’s code are to be marked on optical discs or on optical discs of any class or description.
Piawaian peneraan
(1) Menteri boleh menetapkan piawaian bagi peneraan kod pengilang pada cakera optik. (2) Tanpa menghadkan keluasan subseksyen (1), Menteri boleh menetapkan— (a) piawaian yang berlainan berhubung dengan kelas atau perihalan cakera optik yang berlainan; atau. (b) piawaian yang berhubungan dengan cara bagaimana, dan kaedah yang dengannya, kod pengilang akan diterakan pada cakera optik atau pada apa-apa kelas atau perihalan cakera optik.
