s 40 List of things seized
(1) Except as provided in subsection (2), where any article, optical disc, thing, book or document is seized under this Part, the seizing officer shall prepare a list of the things seized and immediately deliver a copy signed by him to the occupier of the premises which has been searched, or to his agent or servant, at those premises.
(2) Where the premises are unoccupied, the seizing officer shall whenever possible post a list of the things seized conspicuously on the premises.

Senarai barang disita
(1) Kecuali sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam subseksyen
(2), jika apa-apa barang, cakera optik, benda, buku atau dokumen disita di bawah Bahagian ini, pegawai yang menyita itu hendaklah menyediakan senarai benda yang disita dan dengan segera menghantarserahkan satu salinannya yang ditandatangani olehnya kepada penghuni premis yang digeledah, atau kepada ejen atau pekhidmatnya, di premis itu.
(2) Jika premis itu tidak berpenghuni, pegawai yang menyita itu hendaklah bilamana mungkin menampalkan senarai benda yang disita itu di tempat yang mudah dilihat di premis itu.
