The Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Annual Reports) Act 1980 [Act 240] shall apply to the Perbadanan and any corporation established under section 24.

Akta Badan Berkanun (Akaun dan Laporan Tahunan) 1980 [Akta 240] hendaklah terpakai bagi Perbadanan dan mana-mana perbadanan yang ditubuhkan di bawah seksyen 24.
