Perbadanan Labuan Act 2001 s 23
In the performance of its functions, the exercise of its powers or the discharge of its duties the Perbadanan may, with the approval of the Minister, grant loans, and such loans may be granted subject to such terms and conditions as the Perbadanan may, with the approval of the Minister, deem fit to impose in particular cases.
Kuasa untuk memberikan pinjaman
Dalam melaksanakan fungsinya, menjalankan kuasanya atau menunaikan kewajipannya Perbadanan boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri, memberikan pinjaman, dan pinjaman itu boleh diberikan tertakluk kepada apa-apa terma dan syarat yang difikirkan oleh Perbadanan, dengan kelulusan Menteri, patut dikenakan dalam hal-hal tertentu.
