The powers, rights, privileges, liabilities, obligations and duties that before the appointed day were those of the dissolved Lembaga and the dissolved Council shall devolve as from that day on the Perbadanan.

Perpindahan kuasa, dsb.
Kuasa, hak, keistimewaan, liabiliti, obligasi dan kewajipan yang sebelum hari yang ditetapkan merupakan kuasa, hak, keistimewaan, liabiliti, obligasi dan kewajipan Lembaga yang dibubarkan dan Majlis yang dibubarkan hendaklah dari hari itu turun kepada Perbadanan.
