s 9 Revocation of appointment and resignation

(1) The Minister may, at any time, revoke the appointment of any member of the Commission without assigning any reason for the revocation. (2) A member of the Commission may, at any time, resign from his appointment by giving a notice in writing to the Minister. Energy Commission
