s 60 Transfer of Fund
Subject to the provisions of this Act, all monies or levy standing in, and due to be paid to, the Fund set up under section 9 of the repealed Act shall on the appointed date be transferred to the Fund.

Tertakluk kepada peruntukan Akta ini, semua wang atau levi yang berada dalam, dan kena dibayar kepada, Kumpulan Wang yang ditubuhkan di bawah seksyen 9 Akta yang dimansuhkan hendaklah pada tarikh yang ditetapkan dipindahkan kepada Kumpulan Wang.
