Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing, Anti-Restricted Activity Financing and Proceeeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 s 28
The competent authority may destroy any document or copy of such document made or taken pursuant to an examination under sections 25 and 26 within six years of the examination except where a copy of the document has been sent to an enforcement agency.
Pemusnahan rekod pemeriksaan
Pihak berkuasa berwibawa boleh memusnahkan apa-apa dokumen atau salinan dokumen itu yang dibuat atau diambil menurut suatu pemeriksaan di bawah seksyen 25 dan 26 dalam masa enam tahun dari pemeriksaan itu kecuali jika suatu salinan daripada dokumen itu telah dihantar kepada suatu agensi penguat kuasa.
