s 41 Investigating officer may arrest without warrant
An investigating officer appointed under section 30 may arrest without warrant a person whom he reasonably suspects to have committed or to be committing any offence under this Act.

Seseorang pegawai penyiasat yang dilantik di bawah seksyen 30 boleh menangkap tanpa waran seseorang yang dia secara munasabah mengesyaki telah melakukan atau sedang melakukan apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini.
