The Commission shall have the power to grant and renew licences for any matter that is required to be licensed under the laws specified in the First Schedule.

Suruhanjaya hendaklah mempunyai kuasa untuk memberikan dan membaharui lesen bagi apa-apa perkara yang perlu dilesenkan di bawah undang-undang yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Pertama.
