Mental Health Act 2001 s 15
The Medical Director of a psychiatric hospital may at any time discharge an involuntary patient from the psychiatric hospital if he is satisfied that— (a) it is in the best interest of the patient to discharge him; and (b) the patient is not in need of further care or treatment in the psychiatric hospital.
Pelepasan pesakit tidak sukarela oleh Pengarah Perubatan
Pengarah Perubatan sesuatu hospital psikiatri boleh pada bila-bila masa melepaskan seseorang pesakit tidak sukarela dari hospital psikiatri itu jika dia berpuas hati bahawa— (a) adalah demi kepentingan pesakit itu dia dilepaskan; dan (b) pesakit itu tidak memerlukan jagaan atau rawatan lanjut di hospital psikiatri.
