Mental Health Act 2001 s 21
Where a patient received into a government psychiatric hospital or gazetted private psychiatric hospital by order of the Court under subsection 55(1) or section 73 is discharged from such hospital, the Medical Director shall as soon as practicable notify the Court of the fact of the person’s discharge in such form as may be prescribed.
Kewajipan untuk memberitahu Mahkamah tentang pelepasan pesakit yang ditahan di bawah subseksyen 55(1) atau seksyen 73
Jika seseorang pesakit yang diterima ke dalam hospital psikiatri kerajaan atau hospital psikiatri swasta yang diwartakan dengan perintah Mahkamah di bawah subseksyen 55(1) atau seksyen 73 dilepaskan dari hospital itu, Pengarah Perubatan hendaklah dengan seberapa segera yang praktik memberitahu Mahkamah hakikat pelepasan orang itu dalam borang yang ditetapkan.
