Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia Act 2002 s 24
(1) The Corporation may, from time to time, make regulations with respect to the employment of employees of the Corporation. (2) The regulations made under this section may include provisions for— (a) the manner of appointment, and the terms and conditions of service of the employees of the Corporation; and (b) the payment of gratuities, pensions and other benefits to the employees of the Corporation.
Peraturan-peraturan berkenaan dengan penggajian
(1) Perbadanan boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, membuat peraturan-peraturan berkenaan dengan penggajian pekerja Perbadanan. (2) Peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen ini boleh termasuk peruntukan bagi— (a) cara pelantikan, dan terma dan syarat perkhidmatan pekerja Perbadanan; dan (b) pembayaran ganjaran, pencen dan faedah lain kepada pekerja Perbadanan.
