Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia Act 2002 s 26

s 26 Protection from personal liability

No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie personally against any member or employee of the Corporation or any other person under the direction of the Corporation for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith in the execution or purported execution of this Act or any of the Intellectual Property Legislation.

Perlindungan daripada liabiliti diri

Tiada guaman atau prosiding undang-undang lain boleh dibawa terhadap diri mana-mana anggota atau pekerja Perbadanan atau mana-mana orang lain di bawah arahan Perbadanan bagi apa-apa yang dilakukan atau dimaksudkan untuk dilakukan dengan suci hati dalam pelaksanaan atau yang berupa sebagai pelaksanaan Akta ini atau mana-mana Perundangan Harta Intelek.
