Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia Act 2002 s 36
The Corporation may on the instruction of the Government cause to be paid to the Federal Consolidated Fund an amount not exceeding thirty per cent of its current annual surplus after the third year of its operation.
Bayaran kepada Kumpulan Wang Disatukan Persekutuan
Perbadanan boleh atas arahan Kerajaan menyebabkan dibayar kepada Kumpulan Wang Disatukan Persekutuan suatu amaun tidak melebihi tiga puluh peratus daripada lebihan semasa tahunannya selepas tahun ketiga pengendaliannya.
