Development Financial Institutions Act 2002 s 10

s 10 Notice of cessation of office

(1) A prescribed institution shall notify the Bank in writing of the fact that a person has ceased to be its chairman, director, Chief Executive Officer or senior officer and the reasons for it within fourteen days from the date of the cessation. (2) (Deleted by Act A1502).
