Film Censorship Act 2002 s 21

s 21 Appeal

(1) The owner of any film or film-publicity material who is aggrieved by any decision of the Board may, within thirty days from the date on which he is notified of the decision and on payment of the prescribed fee, appeal to the Appeal Committee by lodging with the Secretary a written notice of appeal. (2) The notice of appeal may contain representations of the owner.

Rayuan

(1) Pemunya apa-apa filem atau bahan publisiti filem yang terkilan dengan apa-apa keputusan Lembaga boleh, dalam masa tiga puluh hari dari tarikh dia diberitahu mengenai keputusan itu dan apabila dibayar fi yang ditetapkan, merayu kepada Jawatankuasa Rayuan dengan mengemukakan kepada Setiausaha suatu notis rayuan bertulis. (2) Notis rayuan itu boleh mengandungi representasi pemunya itu.
