s 30 Power to investigate
An Enforcement Officer or a police officer shall have the power to investigate any offence under this Act.

Seseorang Pegawai Penguat Kuasa atau seseorang pegawai polis hendaklah mempunyai kuasa untuk menyiasat apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini.
