s 15 Assistance in service of process
(1) The Attorney General may request the appropriate authority of a foreign State to assist in effecting service of any process where the Attorney General is satisfied that for the purposes of or
in connection with any criminal matter in Malaysia, it is necessary or desirable to serve that process on a person or an authority in that foreign State.
(2) This section shall be without prejudice to the Summonses and Warrants (Special Provisions) Act 1971 [Act 25].

(1) Peguam Negara boleh meminta pihak berkuasa yang berkenaan sesuatu Negara asing membantu dalam melaksanakan penyampaian apa-apa proses jika Peguam Negara berpuas hati bahawa bagi maksud atau berkaitan dengan apa-apa perkara jenayah di Malaysia, adalah perlu atau wajar disampaikan proses itu kepada seseorang itu atau sesuatu pihak berkuasa di Negara asing itu.
(2) Seksyen ini tidaklah menjejaskan Akta Saman dan Waran (Peruntukan-Peruntukan Khas) 1971 [Akta 25].
